After 25 days, you dont need justin suppository for the pain. You may stop it. Make sure the area is dry before wearing clothes. The wipes may contain disinfectant and using it for long time and wearing clothes while the area is wet may lead to the rashes. Also considering your profession, you may need to sit for long periods of time.
Next Steps
Consult the operating surgeon or a dermatologist for further clinical examination and prescribing necessary treatment
Health Tips
Avoid usage of wipes after seeing the contents of it. Keep the area dry.
