Rashes are coming if some one pinch me.

Asked for Male, 28 Years

If some one pinch me or if I hurt by any manner. Rashes are coming and it is itching also if I continue to rub that place rash is increasing. But after some time it will dissappear approximately 6hrs later. I have consulted doctor near by my place and have undergone abdomino pelvic ultrasound scan report is normal and blood test. In test leukocyte is 11900 and Erythrocyte 29. Other than that liver function is normal and urine test is normal and thyroid test is normal. Doctor suggested to take tablets banoside forte and allegra 120mg. But after two weeks also no result. Please suggest me what is the root cause and how to cure it. Thanks much
