Rashes and inflammatory blisters on skin

Wherever and whenever there is a cut on my skin,Rashes and inflammatory blisters on skin come out after 2-3 days and stays as a mark on my skin and has a itchy effect throughout after that. The images show the exact conditions after a normal cut happens on my skin. Please suggest.
