Rashes and droplets like structure

Asked for Female, 22 Years

From one week rashes and tiny droplet like structure appear on my skin of lower legs and hand and they are itchy.i also experience itching in my palm.my palm get red and thickened when itching starts.I have noticed that it usually occur in evening.For better suggestions I m sharing pics. I HV not started medication yet...pls suggest if there is an issue of concern
