Asked for Female, 24 Years

Dear doctor, I've been suffering from rashes since a long time. I usually have diarrhea if I get rashes or I'll be dehydrated whole day. I've consulted dermatologist but they are giving medicines(zempred) just for temporary relief. Please help me find the solution for this.
