Rashes all over exposed areas of body

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I woke up in the morning and realised developed rashes all over my arms and legs which seems to be an allergic reaction to some plant/insect(not sure of the cause) Most severe rashes present on back of thighs and then front of my legs. Lesser intensity on the arms. Rashes are highly itchy. No rashes on back/abdomen No fever Applied hydrocortisone cream bd (can i apply more than twice a day?) Took allegra 120 mg - one tab Can i take the next allegra after 12 hrs or do i have to wait a day ??
