Rash under mouth

Asked for Female, 27 Years

For the last two months I’ve rabdomly gotten this rash under the corners of my mouth. I went to the doc and they gave me 1% hydrocortisone, which didn’t help. So three weeks later I went back and they prescribed me 2.5% hydrocortisone and that didn’t make it better after two weeks. Now I’ve gone a week with nothing but moisturizer on and it’s not gotten better. Now there are tiny white dots that look like mini pimples. I am a really healthy 27 year old woman. Can not figure this out.
