Asked for Female, 32 Years

I had mild fewer for 4 days but was ok when took 2 paracetamol tablets. Didn't had any swollen glands or throat or even runny nose. One day had feeling like vomiting but didn't. Some days had loss of appetite but still was eating. After all these days only today noticed bad rash on my stomach and legs. What is it? How to treat it?
