Rash on stomach seen on stomach
Hi , my baby is of 4 months 28 days while bathing I didn't seen this rash but after some time I saw this rash today she wore new cotton frock . Pls let me know why this rash on her stomach and pls let me know the steps i need to take and is this any danger???

Looks like allergic rash. Apply lactocalamine lotion, and do not use the cloth that is triggering the rash and change detergent after observing.
