I just noticed a rash on penis it us more like bumpy skin and it burns on the tip and inside of penis after urination or ejaculation and pain in abdomen as wellpic attached kindly guide me and i will do the online consultant after that thank you. No vulgarity just cant go out due to septum surgery please help
