Rash on arms

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I have had a few red spots start showing up on my hand and arms for about two weeks, they do not hurt but sometimes one will itch. Not constantly. I have tried lotions and washing my hands more frequently, as well as changing my sheets to see if that fixed the problem but it seems to be continuing and is moving up my arms and is now at my elbows now.
