Rash may be some bite

Asked for Female, 38 Years

Last night I was asleep some thing bite me on thigh there is lot of itching can't bear .Also rash is red and it has increased to four times since last night. Applied BIODERM cream referred by my family doctor with some medicine also. What shall I do now.Very much afraid as it looks big and red too with lot of itching.
