Rash & blisters on palm and under feet

Asked for Male, 2 Years

My kid is2.5 years old and since last 2 days he has developed some kind of rash and very tiny blister on his right palm and under his feet. Apparently it's a bit itchy too, I am not sure if it's spreading or not. Kindly suggest some ointment or private doctor open in morning in Gangtok. Thanks.
