Rash and red marks on sexual organ

Asked for Male, 31 Years

For the last couple of days I have rashes and peel off skin on the head of the sexual organ. It's not painful but sometimes it's itchy. I searched it online and found that it might be fungal infection and probably yeast infection. Kindly help.
