Rash and prickled skin (hands only)

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Last month i moved from delhi to chennai and since then i am experiencing small red rashes on my wrist area initially i thought its just climate change due to humidity but the problems persists now also. Its been a months those rashes come and go. I have been using anti fungal powder too also have taken allegra m for any allergies. Please guide.
