Rash and dry skin in palm

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have dry skin developing and spreading in my right palm. It started with middle finger and spread to ring finger starting from where both fingers touched. Now other two fingers are developing the same skin. Can you please guide if it's serious and if yes, what medications should I get?
