I am a morbidly obese woman who has been undergoing a dietary lifestyle change since the start of May. I am not following a fad diet and am eating approx 2500 calories per day in order to lose 2-3 pounds a week (start weight 32 stone 10lbs/208 kg). Ive lost 1 stone 10lb/11kg in total, with 10lbs being in the past 10 days. Is this normal as it seems far too extreme? I have noticed that swollen ankles etc have gone down drastically. Thank you in advance!
