Rapid weight loss and green-black stool

Asked for Female, 1 Years

Baby of 9months becoming skinny and having greenish black stool for about 6months. After 3months old. She has been lossing alot of weight ultil now.And presently looking lean and not eating. only a little of breast milk she takes after all the multivites given. She is presently having fever. And her head tends to be of high temperature through out of 24hrs. Have took her to see a paediatrician but uptil now. Please what is the next step of action. Am very worried her face is becoming smallish.

Give 3 each of milk feeds and solid meals,including curd and Banana in the diet. Regular meal times are important for good growth. Supplements do not have any role in good health,but a healthy balanced diet is mandatory. Use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
