So since last 3 weeks I am getting pain in random parts of my body. The pain is on and off. My body also feels like it gets pain easily like if I stretch a little bit then I get a nerve like pain.
I did my blood test. Only issue was b12 which was 120. For which I took neurobion injections once a week for 3 weeks. But I still feel pain and there are a few burning sensation as well.

Take tab neurobion one morning and one evening for 4 weeks
Tab pregabalin 150mg one in evening for 10 days.
Get serum vit b12, Haemoglobin, blood sugar done and share results.
Take milk, milk products, berries, raisins and other nuts, mushrooms, eggs, soya, fortified cereals.
A B12 of 120 is severely low and can cause exactly what you are experiencing â widespread nerve pain, burning sensations, and hypersensitivity to touch or stretch. Three weekly injections of Neurobion is a good start, but B12 neuropathy recovery is slow and can take 2-3 months of consistent supplementation before symptoms fully improve. It is important to continue and complete the full course rather than stopping early. Vitamin D should also be checked, as low Vit D compounds nerve pain significantly.
Next Steps
Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation â I can assess your recovery progress and advise on the right duration and form of B12 supplementation going forward.
Hi, random body pains with burning sensation and low B12 are linked.😊 it may take longer for full relief. Continue B12 supplementation and monitor symptoms.
Feel free to consult for further guidance. 👍
Incomplete therapy
Tab eterocoxib thyocholchicide two times a day after food for 3to5 days.
Inj neurobion forte one ample intramuscular every alternate day for five injection followed by one inj biweekly for three inj.
experiencing on-and-off pain in random body parts, a hypersensitive "nerve-like pain" upon stretching, and burning sensations represents a classic clinical case of peripheral neuropathy secondary to severe vitamin deficiency. Your baseline Vitamin B12 level of 120 pg/mL is severely deficient, which strips away the protective myelin sheath surrounding your nerves, causing them to fire erratic, hypersensitive pain and burning signals throughout the body.
Next Steps
It is completely expected to still feel pain and burning sensations despite completing a 3-week course of weekly Neurobion (Mecobalamin) injections. Nerve tissue regenerates and heals at an incredibly slow physiological rate; while the injections have successfully begun replenishing your cellular B12 stores, the underlying structural repair of the damaged nerve fibers takes several weeks to months to completely resolve.
