  3. Random pain in chest. Many hours flat?

Random pain in chest
Randomly pain in my chest ..some time ,after couple of weeks , sometime after couple of days .it sounds like cracking of something.at the time of pain it feels like my heart beat stops! It mostly occure when I try to lay after sitting for hours.of when I try to take side in sleeping after laying many hours flat?
