Chest pain from the long time

Hi sir I am 23 yrs old. From a long time I am having a chest pain. It appears just in the middle of my chest. I feel that sometilhing is there which is paining. Sometimes I vomit which burns alot on chest and inner neck. Most of the morning time I feel like vomiting. Plz let me know that why I m having such problems and how can I cure it.
