Random chest pain
Today after a walk and some yoga i lied down on bed and felt a very very mild chest pain and the a bit in the shoulder area and then it disappeared. And now i feel fully ok. Anything i need to get tested or checked? My bp is 130/90 i take telma 40.

Ok that shoulder pain is worrying. For me haha (as I've to do more work in your case 😅) . Not for you . You just do an ECG that's the first step anyone will tell, and book an appointment with me , gotta ask some questions. Have a nice day. But let's take this issue seriously.

Since the pain was very mild, brief, and now fully gone, and came after walking/yoga, it is most likely muscle-related or due to posture/strain. But get checked if: Pain comes back You feel breathlessness, sweating, dizziness Pain radiates to jaw/left arm Pain lasts >5–10 minutes What you can do now: Check BP regularly; 130/90 is slightly high even on Telma 40 → discuss dosage next visit. If episodes repeat, get ECG + Echo + fasting cholesterol + sugar as a routine check.
