Raised bumps and boil

Asked for Male, 17 Years

I had itchy bumps on my thighs, legs, underarms, buttocks due to maybe dryness. Then I had a boil on my left thigh which was very painful. It just got drained and getting better but now I've some bumps with white surface on my thighs. I don't know what they are. Please diagnose it.
