Raised bump with strange sore and dot

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I woke up this morning with a raised bump on my back that had two things: a small open but scabbed over sore and a strange dark blue dot next to it as well not like a bruise though, like an actual dot maybe the size of a grain of rice. It does not hurt. I was trying to remember if i hurt myself somehow but i had a couple drinks.
