Rad itchy raised skin blisters Painful

Hello doctor, my mother ultrasonography result spotted a 3.7cm cyst on the left ovary, doctor prescribed cystelia35 for 6months continuously while taking it in 1st month had side effects of abdomen pain and bloating and heavy sleep each day reported to doctor but gave only iron tablet and told us if we are worried do a cancer blood test, now Today is the 2nd month of consuming cystelia35 my mom suddenly noticed red raised painful blisters which spreading and very painful after itching. Doctor someone please help for the problem is it still causing high side effects of cystelia35?? Someone plz help my mom is in very much pain for the raised area of blisters. 🙏 Please
