Rabis vaccin related quary
"I completed a full rabies vaccine course by the intradermal (ID) route in October2025. Then, in January, I was scratched again and received 2 ARV (anti-rabies vaccine) doses by the ID route. Again, in May, I was scratched and received 2 vaccine doses on 10 May and 13 May by the ID route. Yesterday (1 June), I was scratched again by a puppy. There was no bleeding. Do I need to take rabies vaccine again?" My RFFIT report February 8IU by Pasteur Institute

With your extensive vaccination history — a complete primary course plus multiple boosters — and a confirmed RFFIT antibody level of 8 IU (which is significantly above the protective threshold of 0.5 IU), you have very strong and confirmed rabies immunity. A scratch without bleeding from a puppy at this stage of your immunity is extremely low risk. No additional vaccine doses are required for this incident.
Next Steps
Wash the scratched area thoroughly with soap and water as a precaution. No further vaccine is needed based on your immunity levels. Feel free to consult me directly on Practo if you have any further concerns.

You mentioned that on (June 1), you were scratched by a puppy, and there was absolutely no bleeding. According to World Health Organization (WHO) and national protocols, a minor scratch with no visible bleeding is categorized as a low-risk exposure. Given that you just completed a fresh set of protective booster doses less than 3 weeks ago (May 13), your body is currently operating at peak antibody production.
Next Steps
Because your immune system was fully boosted just a few days prior to this event, you do not need to take any rabies vaccine doses again for yesterday's scratch. Your circulating antibody levels are more than capable of immediately neutralizing any potential risk, and taking extra injections back-to-back offers zero added health benefits.
Health Tips
To structurally review your recent May booster certificates, verify the healing progress of recent  puppy scratch, and help you safely manage health-related anxiety around animal contact, please book a full consultation session via my Practo profile."
