The updated Thai Red Cross (TRC) regimen for rabies post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) involves intradermal administration of rabies vaccine. The current regimen, as revised, consists of two 0.1 mL injections of a World Health Organization (WHO)-recommended tissue culture rabies vaccine at two sites on days 0, 3, and 7, followed by one injection at two sites on day 28. This updated regimen eliminates the previously required 90-day booster injection.
Upon reexposure to a child who has completedthe pep , 2 doses are recommended at day 0 and 3.
Next Steps

Pls give all shots as advised .usually there will be 4 shots if vaccine given under skin and 5 if given into muscle
If reexposure occurs in 3 months ,only wound care is needed .if after 3 months,2 doses of Anti rabies vaccine may be needed..
Remember to keep vaccination up to date for pet as well
5 doses preferably
As such life long immunity
But any severe episode after 6 months, then need to take 2 doses again. No Immunoglobulin ever if 5 doses taken.
