Rabies or other infection
I have been licked by Siberian Husky almost 3 weeks ago. Should I undergo diagnostic tests for rabies and if so whom to be consulted. Second thing, should I also go for tests for Capnocytophaga  canimorsus a bacteria which  may cause septic shock if not attended. Please suggest what should be my next course of action. Thank you.

You don't need to worry, because rabies infection can enter in your skin through wound only. Bht if you feel any symptoms then you need to consult in hospital.

Did u have open wound. Dont let dogs or cats like any open wounds, including scratches or anywhere else where your skin has been broken. Rabies can't go through unbroken skin. People can get rabies only via a bite from a rabid animal or possibly through scratches, abrasions, open wounds or mucous membranes in contact with saliva or brain tissue from a rabid animal. As you didn’t have open wound so u don’t need to get tense. Moreover The signs and symptoms of an infection from Capnocytophaga transmitted to you by a dog typically show up three to five days after you were licked, or as long as 14 days. So don’t worry
