Do we get rabies by a dogs lick on the wound???please clarify as my dog isnt vaccinated and it licked my wound

If Ur wound is licked by Ur dog, I.e. direct contact of dog's saliva n Ur wound tissue has occurred, then yes.... U hv chance of getting rabies, if Ur dog is infected. It's a category 3 exposure.
