“Doctor, I completed my full rabies vaccination schedule recently. Yesterday night, while I was running in a dark place where bats usually fly, I suddenly felt a very tiny thing fall inside my mouth for a few seconds. I spat it out immediately. It did not bite me, did not scratch me, and I did not feel wings or pain. I am only worried whether it could have been a small insect that a bat dropped or something that fell from above and mixed with bat saliva. There was no wound, no bleeding, and no bite sensation.
