RA, Osteoporosis ... extreme muscle weak
I can't hardly walk - I have extreme pains all over the bottom part of my body (below the waist) - I have horrible pain in my groin areas - I have horrible feelings of pins & needles &/or RLS .. I know I have nerve conditions. The muscle weakness is on both sides .. hips, thighs, legs - above & below my knees, front of legs on bottom (this was with my physical therapist, a few months ago, but now my calves are feeling it also). I desperately need to be able to control my pains WITHOUT the use of drugs - OR .. what is the best OTC pain relief I can purchase & always continue using, without it not being bad for me - how long can I use (as directed) ibuprofen? And, will a knee brace help me?
