R.leg foreleg bone near ankle jt weak
My father 61 yrs young. 1) He is having regular leg pains.On presses & massages with or without/o oil,he feels relaxed & sleeps.This is more after lunch & dinner.If none is avbl to press & massage,he tries by himself to get sleep OR puts some pain killer/drinks eno to release gas problem if any. 2) on CT scan of rt. Foreleg ankle jt,hole&weak bone

His calf muscles of both legs must be tight and weak. So we have to work on it by releasing the trigger points on it and stretching that muscle will really help him out a lot. In my treatment protocol I ll first align his bones of knee, ankle and back and then muscle release and stretching of muscle and then strengthening exercises which is most important. Thanks
