Escitalopram does not come in 0.5mg strength.
Ideally you should consult your Psychiatrist before stopping the medicine. You can try to stop Clonazepam first. Stopping escitalopram on your own is not advisable.
No, you should not stop both medicine in such case. Continue escetalopram and take clonazepam as and when required basis(when you feel anxious or panic). You should also take psychotherapy so that chances of panic attacks in future become less and medication can be stopped.
