Will power Change the time of smoking for example smoke when you are not in loo or don't smoke with your friend rather smoke when u don't have urge . Change the brand every day Reduce smoking by subtracting 1 cig every day from your daily pack . Maintain in your diary how much money you are actually saving by subtracting 1 cig every day . Remember to maintain smoking 2-3 cig per day when you reach to the level of 2-3 cig/day .Now is a challenge ready for you .
