You should definitely quit smoking as it has negative effects on your health. However you will not be able to quit on your own as it is a form of addiction. Kindly consult both Psychiatrist and Clinical Psychologist. Psychiatrist will prescribe you medicines and Clinical Psychologist will conduct therapy.
Next Steps
Consult Psychiatrist and Clinical Psychologist.
Health Tips
Begin by cutting down the number of cigarettes per day. For example if you consume 10 cigarettes a day then bring it down to 9 then 8 and so forth. All the best.
