Quick Home remedies or mudras for reflux
I have been having gastritis&reflux since 1.5 years. Ruled out H Pylori and Celiacdisease d/t history of difficulty gaining weight. I try as far as I can to have a diet that won't increase the symptoms, meditate have a fixed sleep schedule. PPIs&ayurvedic meds after doctors' consultations haven't helped. I just wanted to ask if 30ml Kapiva aloe vera Wheatgrass juice taken in the morning in a glass of water and honey can help. I feel tired by mid day and think it has helped somewhat,Or would their saunf based juice be better or anything like that i can use like lemongingerjuice? Having marudhar saunf after meals was worsening the symptoms oddly, maybe it had some sugar, I had avoided buying the one with sugar. I'm preparing for NEET-PG &dependant on tiffin services so itis difficult to have a strict diet because of the long list of dietary restrictions advised including whole milk, cornflakes, citrus fruits, baked food, regular Indian snacks, curd, oily & spicy food, very cold/hot food.

Yes you can take kapiva alow vera in morning. You should also take some Ayurvedic medicine like avipattikar churn befor meal 3gm two times in a day with honey and then after taking food you can take sootshekhar ras 125mg, shankh bhasm 250mg with honey two times in a day.
