Question regarding Tetanus Immuno globul

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I got small scratches at two places in my leg when i fell from my bike. Blood came. .. After 56 hours only i visited a doctor. He prescribed me TT injection, Amoxicillin antibiotic and some paracetamol tablets. Is Tetanus Immuno globulin not necessary?
