Question regarding anxiety
Hi. I'm taking pills for anxiety and depression. I'm avoiding coffee since a long time because I've heard it worsens the anxiety. Sometimes , I want to have coffee but due to this very reason I don't. Should I consume it on daily basis now or not?

You can take Lemon Green tea instead of coffee,it will not only help in mood stabilisation but will also help as a good alternative to coffee that is healthy as well as mood relaxer. You can take it in morning and evening as it doesn’t have that much caffeine in it ,this is the other benefit over coffee.

Stopping coffee intake is not the answer. 'MODERATION' is the solution to your issue. Instead of having it daily, take it every other day. If not possible, reduce the amount of coffee from 1 mug to 1/2 mug. Best wishes
