Is flomist nasal spray and furamist AZ nasal spray same and can I use any of them from nasal congestion, irritation and fluffy nose My ENT prescribe me second one but in pharmacy flomist is available

I do not prescribe Furamist Az to my patients as I found most discontinued using them due to the viciously bitter taste of the Azalastine. Instead I prefer to co-prescribe an oral non-sedative antihistamine tablet with plain Furamist spray which is tolerated well by my patients with better results.
