Query regardin medicine.

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Doctor has advised me to take the injections of arachitol 60000 3 times and mylamin plus 2 times (weekly both .) Is there a tablet available in the market for the same .if yes then kindly suggest me tablets with the same composition . And is the tablet equally effective for this or should I take the injection itself .?? Please help me pls .
