Asked for Male, 28 Years

I am in initial stage of hair-loss, my doctor recommended PRP for best results, I took second opinion with some other doctor, she recommended Minoxidl 2% and Biotin tablets to use for 3 to 4 months for better results, may I know which suggestion I can pick, I don't want become bald in next 15 to 20 years of time and I don't want to use any medicine for life time to save my hair, please suggest me permanent solution.

You have to use minoxidil for lifetime if you are having male patterned baldness. Oro is used to accelerate the initial response.
