Query on antihypertensive medication
I am 60 year old woman with high bp and I am on losartan 50 mg and amlodipine 5 mg ..inspite of that my bp is 180/118 so today my doctor recommended me Telma 80-AM..IS IT SAFE TO TAKE AS THE DOSE IS A BIT HIGH ..WILL IT CAUSE LOW BP ? PLEASE HELP

Hello Don't worry the dosage would be suitable for your high blood pressure levels. Exercise regularly ( walking for atleast half an HR) Salt restriction( no added salt  but in curry you can have normally) Increase water intake Have a balanced diet
