Hi, i have been facing an issue with anal fissure since 1 yr. I have consulted with few doctors during that period, they told me no requirement for 'laser surgery' right now,  asked me to maintain healthy diet, sitz bath, ointment, powder lactifibre to follow and it will be cure over the time. i am following but not following all day. Due to work its being really hard for me to follow this thing everyday. Its being cured when i follow but dont have enough time for cure permanently because it will take time.
