Now my concern is, i want to know how to use it for dark circles and fine lines!?, and worried if there are chances of any side effects. (i already had experienced swollen n re face issue during my previous treatment, 4 yrs ago?)

You shouldn't apply Hhsone cream on your face for dullness as it is a steroid and will harm your skin in many ways, melalite contains hydroquinone and is not advisable to use for dullness or dark circles.
Next Steps
