Hi...you definitely would have telogen effluvium... Which is also called as stress induced hair fall... This condition presents with excess hair fall, associated dandruff and flaking of scalp. In some patients can also have pain in the scalp which is indicative of sensitive scalp syndrome. The pain is because of movement of hair follicles while combing. You need a comprehensive treatment for your condition.
