Seboric dermatitis often occour in oily skin. Appying kumkumadi oil on seboric dermatitis might create some problem
You should get proper treatment of seboric dermaritis and then use other oils

This won't cause you this problem but I would suggest you to stop using anything else if you have seborrheic dermatitis because it's a fungal infection. First treat your problem.
