Can a healthy woman carry hiv viruses?? If a man sex with a woman who his Known well and they had unprotected sex. They can infected in hiv?

Hi Thanks for seeking help here. It's a very important question. HIV virus stays in latency (non active state) for years. So health people can have HIV virus. Sex with any person don't carry virus in active stage is not an issues. But still we suggest protection for avoiding all STDs.
