Risk of HIV
I had a recent encounter with a woman from dating app who i am still in contact with, had a brief kiss and licked her for a few seconds. I had a very small cut on my lips from dryness and tried penetrating with condom on which didn't happen completely. Can some expert explain me what are my chances of getting hiv since this girl might have had few casual encounters before . Could it be my health anxiety?

The sexual encounter has created a fear in you because of some incidences during the act. It is causing post traumatic psychological changes leading to brooding about the risk of HIV. It can lead to IAD, if it continues for a longer time. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively and without any side effects. It needs to be treated in a holistic approach for complete recovery. You need an expert Sexologist who is a good homeopathic physician and psychologist.

Risk is extremely low to negligible. Brief kiss/oral with a small lip cut and attempted protected penetration are not significant HIV exposures. This is more likely health anxiety than real risk.

Namastey Based on what you’ve described—brief kissing, very short oral contact, and an attempted (but incomplete) protected penetration—the risk of acquiring HIV is extremely low to negligible. HIV transmission typically requires direct exchange of infected blood, semen, vaginal fluids, or rectal fluids into the bloodstream in sufficient quantity. Casual kissing does not transmit HIV, and oral exposure carries a very low risk, even with a minor lip crack, unless there is significant bleeding and direct contact with infected fluids (which is uncommon). The use of a condom further reduces risk substantially, even if penetration was not complete. From a medical standpoint, this situation does not represent a meaningful exposure for HIV transmission.
Next Steps
At this point, there is no indication for worry regarding HIV from this encounter. Your concern appears more aligned with post-exposure anxiety, which is quite common after unfamiliar or uncertain situations. You may continue your routine life without fear from this specific incident. If the anxiety persists or you feel the need for personalized reassurance and guidance regarding sexual health, you are encouraged to connect with us at 9 3 1 5 6 6 1 5 6 5 for confidential and professional support.
Health Tips
Maintain safe sexual practices, including consistent condom use, especially with new or unknown partners. Avoid overanalyzing low-risk exposures, as this can lead to unnecessary stress and anxiety. Focus on overall wellbeing—adequate sleep, balanced diet, and stress management—to support both mental and physical health. Staying informed with accurate medical knowledge helps prevent fear and promotes confidence in handling such situations. Thank you
