My father has lost his touch from reality . He tried to explain his thoughts that comes in his mind which is not exist in reality and sometimes he becomes so aggressive and egoistic. Moreover he is not ready for the treatment to go out to doctor and whenever we say little things like do brush your teeth than he thaught we are ordering to him which he should not have to follow according to him.
