Pyogenic granuloma removal whr to go.

Hi my wife have pyogenic granuloma, on her upper lip It started growing since 7th month. We consulted our Dr in village where my wife treatment was going on, but he suggested not to do anything for now. Now she is back to Mumbai would like to know where to get treatment for it and what would be the process. I checked on Google it shows Curettage and cauterisation and Laser surgery can be used to remove it. I would like to know where to go for treatment and how much time it will take to heal.
